Todos los metodos basados en la extraccion liquido-liquido con una unica mezcla extractante de n-propanol\/eter etilico, siendo necesario adecuar el medio y las proporciones de mezcla para cada tipo de matriz, con el fin de conseguir porcentajes de recuperacion elevados, asi como eliminar compuestos interferentes.  los metodos desarrollados se han aplicado al seguimiento de la droga y sus
