La secuencia de los oligop\u00e9ptidos de polinorleucina analizados es de tipo d,l-alternante con tendencia a adquirir estructuras tridimensionales de tipo h\u00e9lice beta similar a la gramicidina, uno de los antibi\u00f3ticos naturales m\u00e1s estudiados.  este estudio se ha realizado mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n conjunta de t\u00e9cnicas tanto experimentales como te\u00f3ricas de c\u00e1lculo semiemp\u00edrico. Para el an\u00e1lisis experimental detallado a nivel at\u00f3mico de la conformaci\u00f3n tridimensional de las diferentes oligonorleucinas estudiadas se ha utilizado la espectroscop\u00eda de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear mono y multidimensional, homo (1h) y heteronuclear (13c), combinada con c\u00e1lculos de din\u00e1mica molecular y templado simulado. este estudio a permitido caracterizar estructuras de simple hebra h\u00e9lice beta4.4 y doble h\u00e9lice antiparalela beta5.6.  asimismo, se han aplicado t\u00e9cnicas de espectroscop\u00eda de infrarrojos con transformadas de fourier (ftir) en combinaci\u00f3n con datos de desplazamientos qu\u00edmicos de rmn de 13calfa y 1halfa con el objeto establecer patrones que permitan la predicci\u00f3n de la configuraci\u00f3n espacial global de p\u00e9ptidos d,l. Alternados. La estimaci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de poro de los mediante programas de c\u00e1lculo de superficies moleculares por otro lado a  permitido evaluar la potencial actividad de las estructuras determinadas como canales i\u00f3nicos selectivos al transporte de iones li+.  el an\u00e1lisis de sistemas modelo pept\u00eddicos aporta una informaci\u00f3n preliminar imprescindible para el dise\u00f1o dirigido de canales i\u00f3nicos con propiedades biom\u00e9dicas. Espec\u00edficamente dichos estudios proporcionan las bases fundamentales para el desarrollo de p\u00e9ptidos conpotencial aplicabilidad en la obtenci\u00f3n de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos
