Estos compuestos se transformar\u00e1n a continuaci\u00f3n para generar heterociclos nitrogenados m\u00e1s complejos. Los resultados se han estructurado en dos partes de la siguiente forma:  en la parte a se tratan las reacciones de los aminodienos con iminas en disoluci\u00f3n. En el cap\u00edtulo 1 se emplean iminas que portan un sustituyente vinilo unido mediante una cadena carbonada al nitr\u00f3geno y las transformaciones posteriores que conducen a alcaloides bic\u00edclicos de indolizidina y quinolizidina funcionalizados. En el cap\u00edtulo 2 el uso de varios dienos y varias iminas con tama\u00f1os variados permite la preparaci\u00f3n de biciclos nitrogenados con diversos tama\u00f1os de anillo mediante una metodolog\u00eda m\u00e1s directa.  en ambos casos se aplica una ruta sint\u00e9tica com\u00fan, de manera convergente y en un n\u00famero reducido de pasos. Los dos pasos clave de la s\u00edntesis son la reacci\u00f3n de cicloadici\u00f3n entre el aminodieno yla imina y la reacci\u00f3n de met\u00e1tesis con ciclaci\u00f3n que permite la construcci\u00f3n del esqueleto bic\u00edclico.  en la parte b se estudia la reactividad de los 2-animo-1,3-butadienos con iminas ancladas a un soporte s\u00f3lido. La metodolog\u00eda desarrollada permite la obtenci\u00f3n de piperidinas mediante un proceso en paralelo y con un alto grado de diversidad. El procedimiento ha demostrado ser bastante general de forma que puede utilizarse una gran variedad de sustituyentes. Adem\u00e1s, la posibilidd de llevar a cabo transformaciones en los cicloaductos antes de la liberaci\u00f3n proporciona una fuente adicional de diversidad en el esqueleto de
