Javier Pallar\u00e9s Rubio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Existen muchos edificios y construcciones hist\u00f3ricas de obra de f\u00e1brica cuya estabilidad es tan precaria que pueden colapsar bajo ligeros terremotos, fuertes vientos o acciones imprevista a veces no excesivamente intensas, y el desconocimiento de su respuesta estructural es grande.  el presente trabajo tiene por objeto profundizar en el conocimiento y compresi\u00f3n del comportamiento de la obra f\u00e1brica y poder as\u00ed proponer un modelo constitutivo de comportamiento adecuado y aplicable a las chimeneas industriales de obra de f\u00e1brica de finales del siglo xix y principios del siglo xx, las cu\u00e1les, sin ser construcciones hist\u00f3ricas, s\u00ed son elementos protegidos en la comunidad Valenciana y configuran un paisaje t\u00edpico de distintos regiones de las misma.  el modelo de comportamiento que se adopta se aplica en el estudio de la capacidad resistente de la construcci\u00f3n y de su integridad frente a diferentes acciones, concretamente la s\u00edsmica, evaluando as\u00ed su respuesta estructural y la sensibilidad de la estructura al citado movimiento s\u00edsmico.  lo anterior, junto con la determinaci\u00f3n clara del comportamiento s\u00edsmico de diferentes chimeneas industriales variables en sus dimensiones, de sus modos de fallo utilizando distintos modelos de comportamiento y la comparaci\u00f3n entre ellos, la determinaci\u00f3n del m\u00e1ximo sismo resistido por cada chimenea estudiada y la proposici\u00f3n de un espectro de c\u00e1lculo que nos permita obtener
