{"id":30546,"date":"2004-04-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-04-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/adaptacion-sistemica-al-ejercicio-fisico-en-caballos-de-tiro-y-arrastre\/"},"modified":"2004-04-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-04-06T00:00:00","slug":"adaptacion-sistemica-al-ejercicio-fisico-en-caballos-de-tiro-y-arrastre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/cardenal-herrera-ceu\/adaptacion-sistemica-al-ejercicio-fisico-en-caballos-de-tiro-y-arrastre\/","title":{"rendered":"Adaptacion sistemica al ejercicio fisico en caballos de tiro y arrastre"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Raquel Gomez Lucas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente investigaci\u00f3n se han analizado las adaptaciones sit\u00e9micas inducidas por un ejercicio de tiro y arrastre, para establecer los requerimientos energ\u00e9ticos de este deporte en funci\u00f3n del peso corporal,  la incidencia de patolog\u00edas derivadas del esfuerzo y valorar la regulaci\u00f3n neuroendocrina. se ha estudiado un total de 63 animales divididos en tres categor\u00edas de peso: 1 (&lt;350 kg), 2 (350-450 kg) y 3 (&gt;450 kg). Los caballos arrastraron una carga de 2 veces (categor\u00eda 1 y 2) y 2,5 veces (categor\u00eda 3) su peso corporal. Se monitoriz\u00f3 la frecuencia card\u00edaca y respiratoria, la temperatura rectal, y se obtuvo sangre venosa en reposo,  inmediatamente tras el esfuerzo, y a los 5, 10, 15 y 30 minutos de recuperaci\u00f3n pasiva. Se hicieron las siguientes determinaciones: hemograma completo, y concentraciones sangu\u00edneas de na, k, cl, ca, p, mg, prote\u00ednas plasmaticas totales, alb\u00famina, urea, creatinina, glucosa, triglic\u00e9ridos, lactato, \u00e1cido \u00farico, ck, got, ldh, ggt, fal, catecolaminas, cortisol, glucag\u00f3n y arginina-vasopresina.  antes de la competici\u00f3n los animales presentaron taquipnea e hipertermia, un aumento de los niveles circulantes de catecolaminas y glucag\u00f3n, y un estado h\u00eddrico comprometido. El metabolismo energ\u00e9tico durante el ejercicio dependi\u00f3 tanto de la activaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas oxidativas, con esplenocontracci\u00f3n e hipertrigliceridemia, como de la actuaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas glucol\u00edticas, con acumulaci\u00f3n plasm\u00e1tica de lactato y \u00e1cido \u00farico.  Las alteraciones electrol\u00edticas del esfuerzo no fueron origen de extenuaci\u00f3n ni de aparici\u00f3n de patolog\u00edas derivadas del esfuerzo. Se apreci\u00f3 un da\u00f1o muscular cr\u00f3ncio subcl\u00ednico o una respuesta adaptativa al entrenamiento para fuerza, con incrementos de la enzima ldh. Los aumentos de catecolaminas y de arginina vasopresina fueron determinantes de la adaptaci\u00f3n cardiovascular y hematol\u00f3gica al ejercicio, mientras que la elevaci\u00f3n del cortisol
