{"id":30600,"date":"2004-08-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-08-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/vertido-cero-en-la-industria-de-electrocincado-del-acero\/"},"modified":"2004-08-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-08-06T00:00:00","slug":"vertido-cero-en-la-industria-de-electrocincado-del-acero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/politecnica-de-valencia\/vertido-cero-en-la-industria-de-electrocincado-del-acero\/","title":{"rendered":"Vertido cero en la industria de electrocincado del acero"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Gaspar Lloret Bosc\u00e1 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han consegudio resultados interesantes al incorporar tecnolog\u00edas de reciclaje y vertido cero a las diferentes etapas de una instalaci\u00f3n galv\u00e1nica de cinc cianurado.  con ello se demuestra que la sustituci\u00f3n de procesos con problemas medioambientales por otros, presuntamente menos contaminatnes, no siempre es la soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica id\u00f3nea para resolver las cuestiones medioambientales de la industria de tratamiento de superficies.  hoy en d\u00eda, cuando el medio ambiente afecta al n\u00facleo de cualquier empresa, la industria de tratamiento de superficies debe incorporar las mejores opciones practicables para el medio ambiente (bpeo), a trav\u00e9s de las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n (bpm) y las mejores tecnolog\u00edas disponibles (bat) para conseguir su conformidad con la legislaci\u00f3n vigentes: ley y directiva de prevenci\u00f3n y control integrados de la contaminaci\u00f3n o ippc.  el dilema surge ante las tres posibles opciones de incorporaci\u00f3n de bats:  * integraci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de fabricaci\u00f3n.  * sustituci\u00f3n de procesos de tratamiento.  * complementaci\u00f3n con tecnolog\u00edas medioambientales.  la tercera v\u00eda, origen de presente investigaci\u00f3n, es la m\u00e1s conservadora pero preserva la experiencia y el conocimiento adquirido por las pymes durante d\u00e9cadas y, consecuentemente, su autonom\u00eda tecnol\u00f3gica y su rentabilidad.  la incorporaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas medioambientales complementarias a las tecnolog\u00edas maduras de fabricaci\u00f3n supone la regulaci\u00f3n de las condiciones de esta fabricaci\u00f3n y su mejora ambiental mediante la intervenci\u00f3n en el proceso, en detrimento de las soluciones descontaminantes de punto final. esta ventaja comparativa no es posible sin un intenso dominio de las tecnolog\u00edas maduras.  el coste no ha sido un factor limitante para los objetivos de la investigaci\u00f3n ya que resulta primordial conocer si el vertido cero es posible.
