{"id":30609,"date":"2004-09-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-09-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/induccion-neural-mediada-por-factores-de-crecimiento\/"},"modified":"2004-09-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-09-06T00:00:00","slug":"induccion-neural-mediada-por-factores-de-crecimiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/extremadura\/induccion-neural-mediada-por-factores-de-crecimiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Inducci\u00f3n neural mediada por factores de crecimiento"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda  Victoria Gallego Diaz De Lope Diaz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis doctoral se ha realizado un estudio exhaustivo del patr\u00f3n de expresi\u00f3n de genes neurales y epiteliales en el embri\u00f3n de pollo durante los procesos de inducci\u00f3n natural, la regi\u00f3n del embri\u00f3n que va a generar el sistema nervioso.  adem\u00e1s, se ha analizado los efectos producidos por la aplicaci\u00f3n de factores de crecimiento en la formaci\u00f3n del sistema nervioso.  concretamente hemos estudiado el efecto de las prote\u00ednas morfogen\u00e9ticas de hueso (bmps), los antagonistas de los bmps (bmps-a) y los factores de crecimiento fibrobl\u00e1stico (fgfs) en los procesos de inducci\u00f3n neural. La tesis supone un avance en el conocimiento del modo de actuaci\u00f3n de estas prote\u00ednas, pues pone de manifiesto que los bmps en el embri\u00f3n de pollo son capaces de inducir la formaci\u00f3n e tejido epitelial, inhibiendo la formaci\u00f3n del sistema nervioso.  por su parte, los gfgs y los bmps-a, mol\u00e9culas producidas por el organizador primario en aves, son capaces de inducir la formaci\u00f3n de tejido nervioso.  estos resultados confirman que en la formaci\u00f3n del sistema nervioso en vertebrados tiene lugar una compleja cascada de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n molecular en la que prote\u00ednas como los bmps y los fgfs intervienen estableciendo el destino neural o epitelial de las c\u00e9lulas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
