El animal se mantiene vivo durante  5d\u00edas , al termino del cu\u00e1l se procede a la necropsia del animal para analizar el estado del injerto.El animal se mantiene inmunodeprimido durante todo el periodo..  hemos realizado 40 transplantes renales dividos en grupos de 10 transplantes:  grupo 0:grupo control.Coraz\u00f3n latiente.  grupo 1:ri\u00f1\u00f3nes sometidos a 40 minutos de isquemia caliente.  grupo 2:ri\u00f1ones sometidos a 40 minutos de isquemia caliente y recirculaci\u00f3n extracorp\u00f3rea durante 30 minutos.  grupo 3:ri\u00f1ones sometidos a 90 minutos de isquemia caliente y recirculaci\u00f3n extracorp\u00f3ra durante 30 minutos.  se ha realizado 5 biopsias renales a lo largo del experimento en cada animal determinado el nivel tisular de antioxidantes (super\u00f3xido dismutasa, glutation reductasa y glutati\u00f3n peroxidasa)mediante t\u00e9cnica de espectrofotometr\u00eda oxis(r)  adaptados al autoanalizador de cobas mira (roche(r))y la carga energ\u00e9tica , seg\u00fan la f\u00f3rmula de atkinson, mediante hplc.  la viabilidad del injerto se ha determinado por una biopsia renal al 5 d\u00eda(ausencia de necrosis cortical).Por primera vez en la literatura m\u00e9dica se realiza un estudio sobre el nivel tisular de antioxidantes en un trasplante renal de forma evolutiva,a\u00f1adiendo el efecto de la recirculaci\u00f3n y con tiempos diferentes de isquemia caliente prolongados.  conclusiones:  1-viabilidad: 100% en el grupo 0 y en el 2  66% en el grupo 1  60% en el grupo 3  2-patr\u00f3n de actuaci\u00f3n de los antioxidantes en las diferentes fases del trasplante:la sod disminuye la concentraci\u00f3n en las fases de isquemia caliente y fr\u00eda y aumenta con la recirculaci\u00f3n y con la reperfusi\u00f3n.La glutation
