{"id":30711,"date":"2004-11-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-11-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-teorico-experimental-del-proceso-de-ablacion-laser\/"},"modified":"2004-11-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-11-06T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-teorico-experimental-del-proceso-de-ablacion-laser","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/vigo\/estudio-teorico-experimental-del-proceso-de-ablacion-laser\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio te\u00f3rico-experimental del proceso de ablaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jorge  Carlos Conde Sa\u00e1 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis doctoral se presentan diversas herramientas de c\u00e1lculo anal\u00edtica y num\u00e9rica que sirven de apoyo a la investigaci\u00f3n experimental relacionada con procesos t\u00e9rmicos inducidos por l\u00e1ser.  el estudio te\u00f3rico basado en la resoluci\u00f3n de la ecuaci\u00f3n diferencial de la conducci\u00f3n del calor, con sus condiciones de contorno, ha sido corroborados con datos obtenidos de experiencias en el laboratorio.  en una primera parte se aborda el an\u00e1lisis del calentamiento de un material inducido por l\u00e1ser ilustr\u00e1ndolo mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n al crecimiento epitaxial inducido por l\u00e1ser pulsado (plie). La resoluci\u00f3n de la ecuaci\u00f3n diferencial de la conducci\u00f3n del calor por m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos y num\u00e9ricos ha permitido establecer un estudio comparativo de la  distribuci\u00f3n de temperaturas en a-ge y c-si y, a su vez, comparar y considerar la importancia de los par\u00e1metros t\u00e9rmicos con la temperatura: as\u00ed, finalmente, se concluye que el m\u00e9todo num\u00e9rico por elementos finitos (ansys) es el m\u00e1s id\u00f3neo para representar los procesos plie, debido a la incorporaci\u00f3n de la dependencia de los par\u00e1metros termof\u00edsicos con la temperatura. Este m\u00e9todo se aplica con \u00e9xito a la obtenci\u00f3n de aleaciones de sige.  la parte central de la memoria se dedica a abordar un caso m\u00e1s complejo como son los procesos de ablaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser, y en concreto se estudian los fen\u00f3menos asociados a este proceso, ampliamente referenciados en la literatura como son:  a,- la informaci\u00f3n de microestructuras.  b,- la deflexi\u00f3n pluma.  se ha propuesto un modelo te\u00f3rico basado en tres grandes hip\u00f3tesis, siendo de especial relevancia la incorporaci\u00f3n de la rugosidad superficial y que permitido predecir estos fen\u00f3menos adem\u00e1s de relacionarlos de forma matem\u00e1tica. los resultados obtenidos mediante simulaci\u00f3n num\u00e9rica por elementos finitos se contrastan con datos experimentales basados en la irradiaci\u00f3n con l\u00e1ser sobre el cobre y el silico.
