El sistema el\u00e9ctrico se analiza utilizando las componentes sim\u00e9tricas de las tensiones y corrientes (transformada de stokvis-fortescue). Las componentes directas, inversas y homopolares de las tensiones y corrientes determinan las corrientes de compensaci\u00f3n.  debido a las p\u00e9rdidas de potencia en el compensador, las corrientes de referencia incluyen las corrientes de compensaci\u00f3n as\u00ed como las corrientes necesarias para mantener la tensi\u00f3n del bus de continua en un valor cercano al de referencia.  la tesis incluye resultados simulados y experimentales, obtenidos estos \u00faltimos con un prototipo. Los resultados muestran como las corrientes de compensaci\u00f3n propuestas mejoran la eficiencia del sistema cuando hay presentes tensiones y corrientes
