{"id":30753,"date":"2018-03-09T09:24:31","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:24:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/materiales-magneticos-blandos-obtenidos-por-electrodeposicion-aplicaciones-en-sensores-integrados\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:24:31","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:24:31","slug":"materiales-magneticos-blandos-obtenidos-por-electrodeposicion-aplicaciones-en-sensores-integrados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/materiales-magneticos-blandos-obtenidos-por-electrodeposicion-aplicaciones-en-sensores-integrados\/","title":{"rendered":"Materiales magn\u00e9ticos blandos obtenidos por electrodeposici\u00f3n. aplicaciones en sensores integrados"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Lucas P\u00e9rez Garc\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis doctoral, se estudia la elaboraci\u00f3n de aleacciones de conife y cop por electrodeposici\u00f3n, la caracterizaci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica de las mismas y su utilizaci\u00f3n para fabricar heteroestructuras y sensores magn\u00e9ticos integrados.  hemos realizado un an\u00e1lisis del proceso de electrodeposici\u00f3n de las aleaciones de conife, de la estabilidad de los electrolitos y de la electroqu\u00edmica del sistema, as\u00ed como de la influencia de los par\u00e1metros de la electrodeposici\u00f3n en la composici\u00f3n y homogeneidad de las mismas. Hemos estudiado tambi\u00e9n la relaci\u00f3n entre composici\u00f3n, estructura cristalina y propiedades magn\u00e9ticas de las aleaciones obtenidas. Con todo ello, hemos establecido las condiciones \u00f3ptimas para la obtenci\u00f3n de aleaciones de conife magn\u00e9ticamente blandas. adem\u00e1s, hemos estudiado su estructura de dominios magn\u00e9ticos y la dependencia de \u00e9sta con el espesor de las pel\u00edculas.  en el caso de las aleaciones amorfas de cop, comprobamos que es posible controlar la anisotrop\u00eda mediante la fabricaci\u00f3n de multicapas formadas por capas ferromagn\u00e9ticas con distinta imanaci\u00f3n de saturaci\u00f3n. Las aleaciones as\u00ed obtenidas tienen un campo coercitivo muy peque\u00f1o (hc menor 10 a\/m), lo que hace que sean muy interesantes como n\u00facleo en aplicaciones de tipo inductivo. Realizamos tambi\u00e9n un estudio de la dependencia del campo coercitivo con la frecuencia.  como aplicaci\u00f3n, hemos estudiado heteroestructuras semiconductor\/ferromagn\u00e9tico y piezoel\u00e9ctrico\/magnetostrictivo adem\u00e1s de fabricar dos tipos de sensor fluxgate. Destaca el desarrollo de un fluxgate toroidal basado en tecnolog\u00eda pcb. La utilizaci\u00f3n de la electrodeposici\u00f3n facilita la fabricaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n de este ipo de dispositivos adem\u00e1s de mejorar su funcionamiento.
