Se aplican distintos tipos de ajuste autom\u00e1ticos: n\u00famero de procesadores a utilizar, topolog\u00eda l\u00f3gica de estos procesadores, tama\u00f1o del bloque de c\u00e1lculo, distribuci\u00f3n del trabajo a realizar entre los procesadores, selecci\u00f3n de la mejor librer\u00eda en cada momento de entre las disponibles (polilibrer\u00edas) y elecci\u00f3n del mejor algoritmo con el que resolver un problema de entre varios equivalentes(polialgoritmos). la metodolog\u00eda planteada es v\u00e1lida para distintos tipos de plataformas paralelas que se pueden programar, con un alto grado de eficiencia, mediante el paradigma de paso de mensajes.  el problema del ajuste autom\u00e1tico se ha abordado desde un punto de vista unificado, a partir del modelo anal\u00edtico del tiempo de ejecuci\u00f3n de cada rutina. Este modelo cuenta con una estructura te\u00f3rica que define el comportamiento general de la rutina, sobre la que se introducen, en forma de par\u00e1metros del sistma, las caracter\u00edsticas de la plataforma, de su software b\u00e1sico y de sus condiciones de carga de trabajo en cada momento.  en plataformas donde la carga de trabajo no sufre importantes variaciones, el ajuste de la rutina se realiza en la fase de instalaci\u00f3n.En el caso de plataformas donde la carga de trabajo oscila notablemente se ha ideado un proceso de ajuste en dos fases. Durante la instalaci\u00f3n de la rutina se recogen las caracter\u00edsticas est\u00e1ticas de la plataforma para, m\u00e1s tarde, en el momento de la ejecucci\u00f3n, recoger los datos sobre la carga del sistema y realizar un ajuste de los datos inciales en funci\u00f3n de esta carga.Los resultados alcanzados muestran c\u00f3mo las rutinas se adaptan perfectamente a las caracter\u00edsticas de la
