El curriculum se propone de promover en el formador la capacidad de trabajar en los procesos de cambios actitudinales de las personas dentro de las organizaciones, en la empresa y en referencia al ambito europeo. Las caracteristicas de este ambito representaran pues las bases del curriculum. Hemos dise\u00f1ado un perfil humanista, que trata de responder a estas caracteristicas fundamentales, elegido entre tres perfiles (academista y tecnologico-conductista son los otros dos), producto de un periodo de convivencia, estudio y reflexion en los centros de formacion, que componian la muestra. Este es el perfil hacia el cual se mueve el curriculum. El cuadro teorico general se inspira a la psicolog\u00eda humanista, la teoria del aprendizaje adulto, esquemas interpretativos de la vida de los grupos dentro de las organizaciones, la dinamica de los grupos, la perspectiva comunicativa de la escuela de palo alto, el desarrollo de las organizaciones, el activismo, la teoria de la instruccion. Estos son los principales fundamentos del curriculum que se propone. Las caracteristicas principales de este curriculum seran pues: el trabajo continuo sobre cambio actitudinal; la apertura hacia cambios y nuevas aportaciones a lo largo del proceso; la evaluacion como eje: funcion espia; la centralidad de los metodos; la flexibilidad y adaptabilidad del proceso de las nuevas exigencias que nacen en el grupo; la complejidad, la escasa estructuracion; la individualizacion; el estar basado en la praxis.
