La primera parte esta dedicada a una fundamentacion teorica de dichas ecuaciones. Las restricciones que la segunda ley de la termodinamica impone sobre las ecuaciones constitutivas se obtienen mediante la tecnica de liu, mientras que la teoria de la informacion permite hallar expresiones concretas para las magnitudes termodinamicas. Se considera tambien el caso de los sistemas discretos, que presentan una fenomenolog\u00eda propia diferenciada de las mas usuales formulaciones de campo.  la segunda parte de la tesis esta dedicada al estudio de la radiacion anisotropa, mediante el uso de la teoria de la informacion. Se obtiene un factor de eddington biparametrico y ecuaciones de estado dependientes de los flujos.
