Elena <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Utilizando la tecnica de microinyeccion de dna a pronucleo de embriones se han obtenido 4 lineas de ratones transgenicos para el gen de la betalactoglobulina caprina. En 3 de las lineas se detecta expresion de la proteina exogena en la leche de hembras en lactacion, a niveles comprendidos entre 0,02 i 0,5 mg\/ml.
