Es capaz un segmento vesical isquemico de recuperar la viabilidad histologica o histomorfometrica del detrusor?.  2. Es capaz de recuperar su capacidad vesical?.  3. Que ocurre con el resto de la vejiga no sometida a la isquemia y, mas en concreto, con el musculo liso?.  *** material y metodos: 75 ratas hembras sprague-dawley (220-290 gr de peso) repartidas en g1: n15. G2: n60; se divide en 4 subgrupos (n15) en base al momento del sacrificio: sg2a (a los 2 dias), sg2b (a los 7 dias), sg2c (a los 30 dias), sg2d (a los 60 dias).  1. Procedimiento quirurgico. G1: cistectomia total. G2:  cistectomia parcial del cuerpo vesical (el cuerpo vesical queda dividido en: cupula o mitad craneal -injerto vesical- y cuerpo o mitad caudal; la primera se sumerje en sf 15 minutos) y anastomosis vesicovesical. En el momento del sacrificio: cistectomia total; se ha valorado: adherencia de la grasa perivesical y aspecto de la cupula.  2. Estudio de la capacidad vesical (cv). G1 y g2 antes del procedimiento quirurgico -cv basal- y antes del sacrificio -cv final-.  3. Estudio radiologico (cistografia retrograda -cr-). G1 y g2 antes del procedimiento quirurgico -cr1- y antes del sacrificio del animal -cr2-. Volumen vesical radiologico (vvr). Parametros: cr1 y cr2: mofolog\u00eda vesical; reflujo vesicoureteral (rvu); vvr para el g1 -voln-; para la cupula -volcup-; y el cuerpo vesical -volcue-.  4. Estudio histologico. Hematoxilina-eosina y tricromico de masson. G1: segmento que corresponde al punto medio del cuerpo vesical. G2: se obtienen tres segmentos:  segmento a, b y c que corresponden a la cupula, anastomosis y cuerpo respectivamente. En el g1 se describe el epitelio, submucosa y musculo detrusor.
