<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La (1,3)-(1,4)-b-glucanasa de bacillus licheniformis es un enzima glucohidrolitico que hidroliza enlaces b-(1,4) adyacentes a enlaces b-(1,3) por el extremo no reductor en polimeros de glucosa que contienen ambos enlaces.En esta tesis doctoral se describe: -mejora de la produccion y purificacion del enzima recombinante clonado en e.Coli.  -identificacion del acido general catalitico del enzima.  -estudio de la funcion sobre la estabilidad y catalisis del unico puente disulfuro del enzima. -Funcion del lazo mayor que cubre parcialmente el centro de union a substrato sobre la actividad catalitica y la estabilidad.Se han obtenido dos mutantes con propiedades mejoradas para aplicacion biotecnologica mutante m58a siete veces mas activo que el enzima salvaje en terminos de kcat mutante n57a que es mas termoresistente que el enzima salvaje (t50 de 70 a 105 minutos a 65 c).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
