Tambien se constatan mediante rtpcr diferencial sobreexpresiones genicas de egfr y c-erbb2(neu) en un 30% y 63% respectivamente de las hbp analizadas. La androgeno-dependencia de estas sobreexpresiones se analizan mediante cultivos de explantes de hbp, tratados con o sin testosterona y con o sin inhibidores especificos de la 5-alfa-reductasa tipo ii, responsable de la sintesis de dihidrotestosterona.  los resultados constatan que la expresion de egfr es dht-dependiente, mientras que no lo es la expresion de
