Estos efectos se observan en ausencia y en presencia de distintas concentraciones de glucosa en el medio, si bien a altas concentraciones del azucar el aumento de la glucolisis es marcadamente mayor que el de la glucogenesis.  el calcio juega un papel importante en la accion del glp-1t en el musculo, ya que en ausencia de calcio y presencia de egta en el medio, se anula el efecto del glp-1t sobre la sintesis de glucogeno y sobre la actividad glucogeno sintasa.  el receptor del glp-1t en el musculo es funcionalmente distinto del descrito en el pancreas, ya que su union al glp-1t no induce un aumento de ampc.  en celulas bc3h-1, linea de miocitos de raton, en la que el glp-1t tambien estimula la sintesis de glucogeno, el peptido produce una disminucion pronta y reversible de glicosilfosfatidilinositoles, indicando la liberacion de inositolfosfoglicanos, que podrian actuar de mediadores en la accion del glp-1t.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
