Visitacion <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las lipasas constituyen un grupo de enzimas hidroliticos de gran interes, presentes en todos los seres vivos y con numerosas aplicaciones (detergentes, alimentacion, quimica fina, etc.). El objetivo principal de esta tesis doctoral ha sido el de tratar de conseguir la estabilizacion optima de las isoenzimas a y b de la lipasa de candida rugosa.  asi, la investigacion desarrollada abarca los siguientes aspectos:  1. Puesta a punto de un metodo automatizado de purificacion por fplc, de las isolipasas a y b de c.  rugosa.  2. Caracterizacion de ambas isoenzimas: hidrofobicidad, actividad hidrolitica con distintos sustratos y condiciones, enatio y regioespecificidad, actividad en presencia de tensioactivos.  3. Modificacion quimica de las lipasas a y b, utilizando polietilenglicol (peg) y acidos grasos.  4.
