Se han estudiado los mecanismos de se\u00f1alizacion activados por el receptor de il-2 de alta afinidad. Y las diferencias existentes con los mecanismos de se\u00f1alizacion estimulados por el receptor de il-2 de afinidad intermedia. En concreto, se ha estudiado la implicacion de moleculas se\u00f1alizadoras tales como pkc. Pi3k. Rho. Yb c1-2. Los procesos de se\u00f1alizacion inducidos por otras linfoquinas han servido en ocasiones como sistemas de comparacion. Por ultimo, las vias de se\u00f1alizacion descritas han sido integradas en un modelo de se\u00f1alizacion a traves del receptor de il-2.  en el que la contribucion de cada una de las vias de
