Se ha estudiado tambien la respuesta electrica, de pastillas de estos compuestos, en funcion de la frecuencia y se ha determinado la contribucion de las respuestas de interior y frontera de grano en la conductividad total.  por ultimo se han relacionado las variaciones estructurales de esta familia de compuestos debidas a la presencia de cationes (ge, ti, sn, hf) de diferentes tama\u00f1os con la
