En concreto, se ha estudiado la conformacion y caracterizacion dinamicas de un tetrasacarido mediante tecnicas homonucleares mono y bidimensionales: noesy, roesy, troesy y metodos heteronucleares de medida de t1, t2 y noe heteronuclear. Todas las medidas se han realizado a dos campos mageniticos. Ademas se han estudiado las caracteristicas dinamicas de dos polisacaridos aislados del hongo m. Gypseum y de la bacteria bradyrhizobium. En este ultimo caso tambien se ha determinado su estructura primaria. La metodolog\u00eda desarrollada en estos casos ha sido similar a la descrita anteriormente para el tetrasacarido. Finalmente, se han puesto a punto dos secuencias de pulsos para medir efectos noe entre protones simetricamente relacionados, usando como modelos el disacarido trehalosa y otros derivados macrociclicos relacionados.
