En este proceso de crecimiento se ha prestado especial atencion a dos variables: a) potencial de deposicion b) concentracion de iones mercurio en el ba\u00f1o electrolitico. El rango de potencial estudiado es (-550 mv, -650 mv) y para la concentracion de iones mercurio de 0.02 a 0.3 veces la concentracion de iones (hteo2+) en el electrolito.  las muestras han sido caracterizadas utilizando las tecnicas de: xrd, edx, espectroscopia en el visible y nir, xps, espectroscopia de fotocorrientes y eficiencia cuantica. Los resultados mas interesantes revelan que determinadas estructuras multicapas-multipotenciales formadas mediante variacion adecuada de estas dos variables de crecimiento presentan eficiencias cuanticas de conversion muy utiles en el fenomeno fotovoltaico, muy superiores a estructuras de laminas simples.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
