memoria \u00abestudio de la ferroelectricidad en laminas delgadas de titanato de plomo modificados, obtenidas por sol-gel\u00bb se presenta un exhaustivo trabajo experimental, en orden a caracterizar y evaluar las propiedades ferroelectricas de laminas delgadas de (pb, ca) tio3 soportadas sobre sustratos de pt\/tio3\/sio2\/si(001).  es de gran interes la seleccion de las tecnicas experimentales utilizadas en el desarrollo del trabajo (estructurales, microestructurales y analiticas) asi como el dise\u00f1o y montaje de algunas de caracterizacion electricas (medidas de ciclos de histeresis, de tiempo de conmutacion, permitividad con temperatura y piroelectricas) especificas para laminas delgadas.  cabe destacar en el trabajo, el modo sistematico de abordar el estudio del efecto que los pretratamientos electricos y termicos tienen sobre las propiedades ferroelectricas, asi como los mecanismos propuestos para su interpretacion, sobre la base de los defectos cargados generados durante
