{"id":31708,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-anatomofuncional-de-la-barrera-esofagogastrica-en-la-rata\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-anatomofuncional-de-la-barrera-esofagogastrica-en-la-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estudio-anatomofuncional-de-la-barrera-esofagogastrica-en-la-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio anatomofuncional de la barrera esofagogastrica en la rata."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carmen Soto Beauregard <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La hipotesis de este trabajo es demostrar que la rata, como mamifero que es, debe manifestar tanto anatomica, como funcionalmente una barrera esofagogastrica similar a la del hombre y susceptible de modificarse como la de el.  los objetivos planteados han sido:  .-Definir la barrera esofagogastrica en la rata, .-Valorar la contribucion del diafragma crural en dicha barrera, .-Desarrollar modelos experimentales que simulen las diferentes condiciones que se asocian con la perdida o el refuerzo de la misma.  se estudiaron 140 ratas wistar adultas de ambos sexos procedentes de instituto de investigaciones biomedicas de Madrid, mantenidas en el laboratorio de cirugia experimental del hospital \u00abla paz\u00bb de acuerdo con las condiciones de estabulacion y trato vigentes en la union europea.  basandonos en los principios generales de la manometria desarrollamos la tecnica aplicada a la rata. Para el registro de la presion intra-abdominal empleamos el cateter venoso femoral. Utilizamos para la perfusion continua de este cateter una bomba neumohidraulica de alta presion y baja \u00abcompliance\u00bb, suministrando un flujo de 0.4 ml\/mn.  la rata presenta anatomica y funcionalmente una barrera esofagogastrica equiparable a la humana, siendo evidente la existencia de gradientes transdiafragmaticos de presion a los que se oponen, a nivel de la union esofagogastrica, dos zonas de alta presion similares a los dos esfinteres definidos para la barrera antirreflujo humana.  el tono permanente del esfinter esofagico inferior, y las contracciones fasicas de la porcion crural del diafragma localizadas justo por debajo del punto de inversion respiratorio.  mientras que el componente esfinteriano, dependiendo del musculo liso, no se altera en condiciones de relajacion muscular, el correspondiente a la contraccion de los pilares diafragmaticos es abolida por completo de forma reversible pues se recupera al cesar el efecto de la relajacion.  la seccion
