Mercedes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha desarrollado un metodo general y sencillo de sintesis de fluoroquinolonas diferentemente sustituidas en posicion 8 a partir de un compuesto comercial la 3,4-difluoroanilina y como variante de un metodo de sintesis clasico de quinolonas, el metodo de gould-jacobs, descrito en la bibliografia de fluoroquinolonas. Como etapa clave y novedosa de nuestro proceso cabe destacar la reaccion de ortometalacion con t-buli del boc derivado de la 3,4-difluoroanilina que ocurre regioselectivamente en posicion 2. Se ha aplicado el metodo anteriormente descrito a la sintesis de dos quinolonas comerciales, la ofloxacina y la levofloxacina (enantiomero de configuracion s de la ofloxacina, dos veces mas activo que el propio racemico) de gran interes industrial dadas sus excelentes propiedades terapeuticas.  por ultimo se ha aplicado a criterios industriales el metodo de sintesis de la ofloxacina.
