El ecgar es usado en la deteccion no invasiva de potenciales tardios ventriculares (lp), los cuales se vinculan con la presencia de substratos de reentrada en tejidos da\u00f1ados del miocardio, causantes de taquicardia ventricular (tv). Los lp se han definido tradicionalmente como se\u00f1ales que sobrepasan el periodo normal del qrs. En este trabajo se han caracterizado y cuantificado potenciales anormales intra-qrs(aiqp), extendiendo el concepto de se\u00f1ales patofisiologicas, como los lp, sobre el periodo normal del qrs. Se ha propuesto un metodo para caracterizar los aiqp basado en el modelado del ecgar con estructuras parametricas lineales y no lineales. El modelado lineal se realizo en el dominio de la transformada discreta del coseno, permitiendo caracterizar la porcion normal, predecible, del complejo qrs con exito. Se ha presentado tambien un enfoque novedoso para caracterizar las se\u00f1ales aiqp, modelando se\u00f1ales ecgar con estructuras no lineales tipo arx no lineal (narx). Estas fueron parametrizadas con una red neuronal perceptron multicapa, cuyos parametros se estimaron con un algoritmo de levenberg-marquardt. Los resultados clinicos obtenidos con los nuevos indices aiqp representan un aporte significativo en la evaluacion no invasiva con el ecgar de riesgo de tv posterior a un infarto de miocardio y en
