La caracterizacion experimental se enfrenta a un entorno de muy baja relacion se\u00f1al\/ruido en la medicion debido a los transitorios de conmutacion y al rizado periodico inherente al funcionamiento del convertidor y al nivel considerable de la se\u00f1al de excitacion necesario en la obtencion de diferentes caracteristicas. Teniendo en cuenta la problematica anterior, el objetivo de este trabajo es el desarrollo de diferentes metodos, mediante el analisis y correccion de la influencia de errores que incluyen las caracteristicas no lineales de los convertidores. Como consecuencia se han determinado las condiciones de excitacion, adquisicion y procesado que optimizan la medida, estableciendo una comparativa entre metodos en terminos de tiempo invertido y precision.  finalmente, se evalua en que medida distintas tecnicas de estimacion parametrica de sistemas lineales pueden ser aplicadas a tales plantas y se incorpora la automatizacion de este proceso
