Rosario Recacha Castro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha cristalizado la insulina con cinco protaminas y cuatro peptidos basicos sinteticos, recogiendo el espectro de tres cristales de insulina protamina y tres insulina-peptido basico, siendo la resolucion mejor obtenida en el primer caso 1.9a, y en los cristales de peptido 2.2a. Los espectros procesados fueron estudiados con modelos cedidos refinando las estructuras con el paquete xplor, estudiandose 5 estructuras.
