Para ello se han analizado los modos locales de vibracion de los principales sustitucionales mediante distintas tecnicas de espectroscopia (raman y absorcion de infrarrojos por t de fourier). Como resultado se han dado las razones a escala microscopica de los diversos comportamientos de estos dopantes en la red cristalina ingaas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
