La temperatura mas adecuada para conservar el semen 24 horas en el diluyente ma 24 se situa en el intervalo 17-19.C, tanto para los parametros reproductivos, como para mantener la normalidad acrosomica y no incrementar las morfoanomalias estructurales de los espermatozoides.
