Por lo cual, se ha realizado una reflexion y un analisis sobre la volicion artistica abstracta desarrollada en determinados momentos historicos, mostrandose las relaciones estrechas de las obras artisticas con el individuo y el contexto socio-cultural.  se ha establecido un paralelismo entre la capacidad simbolica manifestada por las distintas capas semanticas que subyacen en la obra artistica medieval, y la gran \u00abpolisemia\u00bb manifestada en el arte del siglo xx. De un modo primordial, se han estudiado las razones de los cambios que se originan con los acontecimientos y los autores fundamentales de las primeras decadas del siglo xx; por su importancia y consecuencias para la determinacion del espacio artistico de todo un siglo.  asimismo se ha procurado llevar a cabo de forma matizada, una aproximacion, e interpretacion de la realidad artistica
