Abdel Fattah Yehia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Entre los problemas que presentan una incidencia mayor sobre la productividad de los cultivos en invernadero en la zona mediterranea, el deficit de temperatura es el objetivo principal de este trabajo. Se pretende valorar la eficacia de soluciones simples basado por un lado en el empleo de dobles cubiertas a base de polietileno termico (pet) combinado en eva y pet combinado con un agrotextil no tejido de polipropileno (pp) de 17 g\/m2 en cultivo de suelo y por otro del empleo de calefaccion del sustrato sin apoyo termico al aire en cultivo hidroponico empleando dos tipos de sustratos: perlita, y attapulgita.  el estudio se enfoca desde el punto de vista agronomico y buscando relaciones entre este comportamiento y la respuesta fisiologica. Los resultados indican efectos positivos de ambos tipos de produccion termica, doble cubierta y calefaccion de sustrato, tanto en produccion,de flores como en la calidad de las mismas, con valores de cerca del 60% de la produccion en calidad extra en los tratamientos con calefaccion del sustrato y de hasta un 40% mas de rendimiento total en cubierta doble pet-eva respecto a cubierta simple.
