Se obtiene una nueva demostracion de los teoremas de hamburger y nevanlinna basada en la teoria de operadores autoadjuntos, incluyendo el caso degenerado, que no habia sido considerado hasta ahora. Las soluciones canonicas y no canonicas proporcionadas por el teorema de nevanlinna generan una nueva subclase de funciones racionales de grado minimo que en ultimo termino se obtienen por determinacion de una constante.
