Esta metodolog\u00eda se fundamenta en la teoria de circuitos. La teoria de circuitos ha estado asociada al electromagnetismo desde hace decadas; sin embargo por lo general solo se ha aplicado a la resolucion de problemas cerrados; asociados a la propagacion guiada de las ondas por distintos medios.  aplicando la teoria de circuitos un problema electromagnetico complejo se segmenta en regiones mas peque\u00f1as y se caracterizan independientemente del medio circundante. La caracterizacion de las regiones se realiza mediante una matriz conocida como matriz de admitancias genealizadas. Posteriormente las matrices se conectan y el problema se resuelve algebraicamente. Esta metodolog\u00eda es especialmente apropiada cuando se requiere combinar distintas tecnicas que se adaptan mejor a las caracteristicas geometrica y electricas que definen un problema complejo. Asi procedimientos muy distintos entre si quedan reducidos a una tecnica matricial comun. Al mismo tiempo, la caracterizacion circuital hace que las regiones queden caracterizadas independientemente de la naturaleza de la fuente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
