En base a la informacion recogida y examinada, se puede hablar de la existencia de un \u00absistema de actores\u00bb, todavia poco estructurado y organizado, que presenta una gran diversidad. Tras analizar la situacion actual, y contrastando la realidad con el modelo de referencia adoptado, se pone de manifiesto la necesidad de dise\u00f1ar y aplicar una estrategia de educacion ambiental en euskadi de cara a optimizar el funcionamiento del sistema e incentivar la participacion de los diferentes agentes, dando sentido global a las actuaciones de cada uno de ellos. Teniendo esto en cuenta, se realiza una propuesta que pretende fomentar el debate y dinamizar el proceso de elaboracion de una estrategia de accion consensuada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
