La finalidad de nuestro estudio es la de obtener curvas de calibracion dosis-respuesta que relacionen la dosis de radiacion absorbida por los distintos individuos con el da\u00f1o producido, en observacion clasica al microscopio y por una tecnica automatizada, la citometria de flujo, que permite el recuento de un elevado numero de particulas en un corto periodo de tiempo. El dosimetro empleado seran los linfocitos humanos obtenidos a partir de la sangre de donantes irradiada a distintas dosis de rayos x y gamma, con el fin de producir las aberraciones y estudiar la formacion de microncucleos como respuesta a las mismas en las celulas divididas una vez tras la irradiacion. Tras el tratamiento estadistico se consiguio relacionar el da\u00f1o producido con la dosis mediante ecuaciones lineales cuadraticas. Posteriormente y mediante el estudio de muestras problema se validaron. Comparativamente la citometria de flujo recoge una mayor frecuencia de micronucleos que la microscopia, y finalmente se estudio la potencial aplicabilidad de la tecnica de citometria en su aplicacion
