Por un lado, la union de un anticuerpo (igg) conduce a la elaboracion de los llamados inmunoeritrocitos, con capacidad para reconocer el antigeno especifico, el cual se expresaria en lugares determinados del organismo. Por otro lado, la union de una proteina con accion farmacologica detreminada (en este caso un fibrinolitico) presenta al eritrocito portador como un sistema capaz de aumentar de forma considerable la presencia en circulacion del agente farmacologico. El trabajo comprueba la viabilidad de las celulas portadoras desarrolladas, no solo in vitro sino tambien in vivo. A su vez, estudia la funcionalidad de la proteina anclada al eritrocito.  la presente tesis doctoral demuestra la capacidad de formar derivados celulares estables en circulacion con potenciales fines
