Se parte de la realidad actual de la naviera espa\u00f1ola especialmente la arrastrera y la de cabotaje y se analizan los distitnos puntos de consumo existentes en los mismos.  se definen las medidas tipificadas a adoptar para conseguir ahorros energeticos y se establece un banco de datos con los ahorros a alcanzar en base a las garantias proporcionadas, en su dia, por los suministradores de los equipos \u00abconsumidores\u00bb de energia.  para manejar ordenadamente todos estos datos se establece un modelo que, de forma sencilla, establece la suficiencia o insuficiencia de los mismos, analiza su contenido y establece las conclusiones que se derivan de dicho analisis indicando las medidas a adoptar y los posibles ahorros a conseguir.  el modelo es sencillo y fiable y se puede
