Por una parte, el desarrollo de una herramienta de dise\u00f1o para microsensores de presion piezorresistivos de membrana cuadrada; y por otra, su aplicacion al dise\u00f1o, fabricacion y caracterizacion de un microsensor para la medida invasiva de la presion arterial. La conjuncion de ambas tareas confiere un marcado caracter multidisciplinar al trabajo aqui presentado.
