Reyes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de la presente tesis es el estudio de las propiedades mecanicas de la intercara de los materiales compuestos de matriz ceramica (cmcs) reforzados con fibras largas y su influencia en el comportamiento mecanico macroscopico. Aunque el trabajo se ha realizado para un material con matriz de beta-sic reforzada con fibras de nicalon tejidas en dos direcciones, se pretende que el modelo sea aplicable a cualquier cmc.  se establece una metodolog\u00eda de ensayo para la obtencion in situ de las propiedades de la intercara a partir de ensayos de empuje de fibras, empleandose, ademas del sic\/c\/sic tejido en dos direcciones, el cas\/c\/sic con arquitectura cruzada ((0\/90)3)s. Este ensayo resulta complejo en cuanto a la interpretacion de sus resultados, resultando imprescindible emplear un modelo que considere el efecto de poisson y determine in situ las tensiones residuales en las fibras. Se ha estudiado, asimismo, la evolucion de las intercaras de carbono de ambos materiales a temperaturas intermedias (ta a 800 grados c) y a altas temperaturas (1000 grados c y 1500 grado c) en aire, observandose importantes modificaciones en sus propiedades a partir de los 375 grados c. Finalmente, se ha desarrollado un micro-meso modelo que describe el comportamiento a traccion de un haz de cmc reforzado con fibras largas una vez agrietada la matriz, y la resistencia de una capa tejida.
