La proteasa cpro2. Codificada por la region ns3 del genoma viral, juega un papel primordial en la replicacion de este virus.  en este trabajo se ha obtenido proteasa cpro2 pura por medio de la expresion en escherichia coli de un clon obtenido mediante la retranscripcion y amplificacion del rna viral contenido en el suero de un paciente con hepatitis c cronica. Esta proteasa ha demostrado ser activa sobre un sustrato proteico derivado de la region de corte ns5a\/b de la poliproteina viral. Este sustrato ha sido expresado en un sistema de transcripcion-traduccion in vitro a partir de un clon obtenido mediante retrotranscripcion, amplificacion y clonado del rna viral contenido en el mismo suero. El modelo desarrollado ha permitido estudiar la actividad de la proteasa in vitro y estudiar la influencia de un peptido sintetico derivado de la region ns4a sobre dicha actividad, asi como establecer el caracter inhibidor de ciertos peptidos sinteticos sobre la actividad de la proteasa. Estos resultados han permitido dise\u00f1ar diversos peptidos sinteticos con capacidad inhibidora de la actividad proteasica de cpro2.  tambien se ha obtenido la proteina ns3 del hcv pura mediante el mismo sistema que la proteasa cpro2. Ambas proteinas han sido utilizadas para inducir anticuerpos en ratones balbc, obteniendose mejor respuesta con la proteasa cpro2 que con la proteina ns3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
