En los tres casos el marcaje aparece, aunque en distintos momentos, primero en las vias respiratorias mas altas y luego en las mas perifericas. Hemos identificado como positivas las celulas de clara, mientras que las ciliadas y endocrinas han resultado negativas. El marcaje presenta un patron de evolucion similar: aparece en la parte apical y luego se extiende por el resto del citoplasma. Tambien algunas celulas musculares lisas y del parenquima pulmonar presentan inmunotincion para et, pam y\/o nos. La colocalizacion de et y pam en celulas de clara y musculo liso apoya su posible relacion. Hemos encontrado marcaje para nos en somas neuronales y fibras nerviosas y actividad nadph-diaforasa en celulas endoteliales, en este caso en mayor proporcion en el periodo perinatal.  por tanto, el no de origen endotelial parece jugar un papel mas importante que el no de origen epitelial o neural en la adaptacion a la vida extrauterina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
