Milagrosa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La fiebre q enfermedad causada por coxiella burnetii, constituye un importante problema de salud publica en gipuzkoa, donde anualmente se diagnostican una media de 80 casos. El 75% de ellos afectan a varones, la mayoria son adultos jovenes con edades comprendidas entre los 20 y 39 a\u00f1os. Casi el 80% de los casos de fiebre q se diagnostican en la primera mitad del a\u00f1o, epoca que coincide con la mayor paridad en el ganado. Se ha confirmado que los trabajadores de mataderos tienen un elevadisimo riesgo de adquirir la fiebre q. No lo tienen sin embargo las matronas y ginecologos de gipuzkoa a pesar de estar en continuo contacto con placentas humanas. Las personas infectadas con el virus de la inmunodeficiencia humana, a pesar de lo precario de su sistema inmune, no tienen mas probabilidad que las personas no infectadas con el vih de adquirir la infeccion por coxiella burnetti.
