El hinojo y la valeriana se han extraido tambien con co2 supercritico a distintas condiciones de operacion. Los extractos de hinojo y valeriana se analizaron por clar y los de tomate por espectroscopia uv-vis.  el contenido de anetol extraido en los frutos desecados de hinojo dulce mediante co2 liquido a 22,0 y 25,4 grados c (60 y 65 bar) fue ligeramente mayor para tiempos mas cortos que el obtenido por hidrodestilacion.
