La utilizacion de electroforesis en geles de agarosa 0.5% tbx1-mg2+1.7mm permiten estudiar la transicion estructural de la fibra de cromatina de 10 nm a fibra de 30 nm. Mediante esta tecnica se ha podido demostrar que la transicion estructural de la fibra se realiza a partir de 6 nucleosomas. No obstante, fragmentos peque\u00f1os de cromatina (3\/4 nucleosomas son capaces de autoasociarse y formar estructuras cromatinicas identicas en forma y estructura a fibras de cromatina de peso molecular superior.  la utilizacion conjunta de tecnicas electroforeticas y tecnicas de microscopia electronica nos ha permitido realizar un minucioso estudio de la ultraestructura interna de la fibras de cromatina estructuradas. Esta estructura es helicoidal, con un diametro de unos 32 nm en la cual se observa un agujero central de un diametro de unos 8-10 nm y en cuyo interior probablemente se encuentra el dna linker. Los nucleosomas estarian distribuidos radialmente, alrededor del agujero central, en un numero de 6 nucleosomas por vuelta de helice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
