En concreto una politica de promociones a traves de una jerarquia horizontal, basada en la adquisicion de habilidades y una practica organizativa como es la rotacion del trabajo en un grupo de trabajo.  en la segunda parte se realiza un estudio de casos con dos fabricantes de automoviles, en el que se busca contrastar en la realidad las hipotesis esbozadas en la primera parte del trabajo.  en concreto nos preguntamos si el dise\u00f1o de la organizacion y division del trabajo influye sobre el grado de cooperacion de los trabajadores.  y si los cambios en la organizacion del trabajo conllevan cambios en las politicas de incentivos.
