{"id":32658,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/cultivo-y-aplicacion-de-las-microalgas-dunaliella-salina-y-chorella-vulgaris-en-cuba\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"cultivo-y-aplicacion-de-las-microalgas-dunaliella-salina-y-chorella-vulgaris-en-cuba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/cultivo-y-aplicacion-de-las-microalgas-dunaliella-salina-y-chorella-vulgaris-en-cuba\/","title":{"rendered":"Cultivo y aplicacion de las microalgas dunaliella salina y chorella vulgaris en cuba."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Liliana Mar\u00eda Gomez Luna <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se realizaron estudios sobre chorella vulgaris demostrandose que la biomasa de esta microalga tiene un amplio campo de aplicaciones en la bioindustria, permitiendo la extraccion de sustancias de interes quimico-farmaceutico e industrial como el extracto hidroalcoholico de cuproclorofilinas (ehc) con propiedades antisepticas y desinfectantes de amplio espectro, y el extracto acuoso (ec), que puede ser utilizado como medio de cultivo para el crecimiento de microorganismos y celulas vegetales.Por otra parte, la concentracion de nitrato, la irradiancia espectral y la longitud de onda tiene una influencia significativa sobre el crecimiento y la composicion pigmentaria de dunaliella salina. El carotenoide mayoritario es el beta-caroteno con una proporcion mayor del isomero 9-cis. Las mayores concentraciones celulares de b-caroteno se alcanzan en los cultivos sin nitrato o con unaconcentracion limitante a la mayor irradiancia, en luz dia con rojo lejano. El rojo lejano estimula la acumulacion de beta-caroteno en dunaliella salina, obteniendose mayores concentraciones celulares que en los intervalos de longitudes de onda de la region fotosinteticamente activa (400-700 nm). Dentro de la radiacion fotosinteticamente activa la luz dia es la que permite mayor acumulacion de b-caroteno.
