{"id":32697,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/produccion-xilitol-a-partir-de-materiales-lignocelulosicos\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"produccion-xilitol-a-partir-de-materiales-lignocelulosicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/produccion-xilitol-a-partir-de-materiales-lignocelulosicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Produccion xilitol a partir de materiales lignocelulosicos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Dominguez Gonzalez Jos\u00e9 Manuel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La madera de eucalipto, tras ser tratada en medio acido, proporciona disoluciones de azucares en donde la d-xilosa es el producto principal y en donde ademas estan presentes determinados subproductos de la reaccion, como acido acetico, furfural y compuestos fenoicos derivados de la fraccion ligninica.Estas disoluciones se acondicionaron para formular medios de cultivo, que se emplearon para la bioconversion de la xilosa en xilitol.  a fin de incrementar las productividades se estudiaron las condiciones de operacion y se llevaron a cabo diferentes estrategias como adaptacion de la levadura a los hidrolizados, tratamientos de adsorcion con carbon activo, y procesos de extraccion con disolventes organicos.  de esta forma, empleando hidrolizados de eucalipto de concentracion 59 g xilosa\/litro tratados con carbon activo, y empleando 80 g. De celulas\/litro, se llego a producir 39 g de xilitol\/litro tras 34 horas de fermentacion, lo que represento una productividad global de xilitol de 1,06 g\/l h y un rendimiento en producto de 0,68 g.
